We ask that you:

• Respect User Privacy

You must not access or retrieve personal data from other users.

• Act in Good Faith

Do not cause privacy violations, service interruptions, or harm to other users.

• Do Not Exploit the Vulnerability

Do not use the vulnerability to access sensitive data or escalate privileges.

• Follow Applicable Laws

Do not perform any actions that violate laws or regulations.

SECTION 2 – BOUNTY PROGRAM

Hatown appreciates the efforts of security researchers. We may offer monetary rewards for valid vulnerability reports.

Rewards are granted at our sole discretion based on:

  • Severity
  • Potential risk
  • Exploitability
  • Report quality

To qualify for a bounty, you must:

  • Comply with all core principles
  • Report a valid security vulnerability
  • Provide clear reproduction steps
  • Report responsibly without exploiting the issue

SECTION 3 – NON-ELIGIBLE SUBMISSIONS

The following issues do not qualify for rewards:

  • Spam, phishing, or social engineering
  • Missing SPF/DMARC records
  • Clickjacking on non-sensitive pages
  • Rate-limiting issues without clear impact
  • Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks
  • Vulnerabilities requiring rooted or jailbroken devices
  • Issues related to outdated browsers or extensions
